Instead of giving you a meal plan the Barefoot Loco Nutrition Project begins by giving you the knowledge and tools to understand how much you should eat, what that should be made up of, when you should be eating and details on vitamins, minerals and supplements.
In this course, we combine the science of nutrition with practical strategies that you can implement in order to make the most effective and efficient changes to your diet and lifestyle.
To get the most out of the course it is recommended you assign some time each week to preparing meals: have some scales and a tape measure in order to track your progress.
The resources are best viewed on a computer and not your phone but the majority of the activities you can do on either device.
