Course Overview
The Barefoot Loco Nutrition Project takes a different approach. Instead of giving you a meal plan the Barefoot Loco Nutrition Project begins by giving you the knowledge and tools to understand how much you should eat, what that should be made up of, when you should be eating and details on vitamins, minerals and supplements.

In this course, we combine the science of nutrition with practical strategies that you can implement in order to make the most effective and efficient changes to your diet and lifestyle.

To get the most out of the course it is recommended you assign some time each week to preparing meals: have some scales and a tape measure in order to track your progress.

The resources are best viewed on a computer and not your phone but the majority of the activities you can do on either device.
Module 1 - Goals and Calories
Set yourself up for success by carving out what you really want, how to track your results, and learn how to calculate (without maths I promise) how much you should be eating.
Module 2 - Protein
Learn what your optimal amount of protein is and what sources, both plant and animal, will provide it.
Module 3 - Carbs
Learn what your optimal amount of carbohydrate is, what functions it has in the body, and what sources are best to consume for you.
Module 4 - Fats
Learn how much fat to consume, what it does in your body, what sources are best to consume for you.
Module 5 - Micronutrients
Learn key micronutrients and how to optimise your intake for health and performance
Module 6 - One Percenters
Find out about meal timing and supplements and how you can make them work for optimal performance.
